WPSA'S Innovations

Through its 75-year history, the Western Political Science Association has been a consistently vibrant organization with numerous scholars who have pushed the boundaries of the discipline’s intellectual horizons, foci, and methods of research and analysis. Engaging with colleagues at the Association’s annual meetings (and in between meeting), we believe these collaborations have resulted in multiple innovations that have contributed significantly to the improvement of political understanding by political scientists, their students, and the larger public. We offer descriptions of some of these innovations in the pages that follow.
