WPSA CHILDCARE PROGRAM


Children are welcome guests at the WPSA’s annual conference. We try to be a family-friendly organization. To enable parents to bring their children to the conference, the WPSA has established a program to partially reimburse attendees’ childcare expenses. The association will reimburse registered conference participants up to $300 per family on a matching basis for childcare costs incurred during our meetings.

The funds can be used to pay for direct childcare costs, such as using a local drop-in childcare facility or a bonded childcare provider. The WPSA Executive Director is also authorized to grant support in other situations that may limit parents from participating in the conference.

Childcare support is only available to individuals who have paid conference fees. Applicants must provide receipts of their childcare-related expenditures to receive the support.
